Station Board LLC ("we," "us," or "EvenBeds") operates the EvenBeds web application at app.evenbeds.com. This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, and protect your information when you use our service.

• Account Information: Your name, email address, and facility name when you create an account.
• Facility Configuration Data: Unit names, hall names, bed numbers, and staff names or roles you enter to generate shift assignments.
• Payment Information: Billing details processed securely through Stripe. We do not store your credit card numbers on our servers.
• Usage Data: Basic analytics such as pages visited, features used, and session duration to improve the product.

2. What We Do NOT Collect

EvenBeds is designed to be HIPAA compliant by architecture. We do not collect, store, or display:

• Patient names or personal identifiers
• Medical records, diagnoses, or treatment plans
• Social Security numbers or insurance information
• Any Protected Health Information (PHI) as defined by HIPAA

Our system operates exclusively with room numbers, bed IDs, and staff names to generate shift assignments.

3. How We Use Your Information

• To provide and maintain the EvenBeds service
• To generate shift assignment sheets for your facility
• To process subscription payments through Stripe
• To send transactional emails (account confirmations, password resets, billing receipts)
• To improve and optimize the application

4. Data Sharing

We do not sell, rent, or trade your personal information. We share data only with the following third-party services necessary to operate EvenBeds:

• Firebase (Google): Authentication and database hosting
• Stripe: Payment processing

These providers have their own privacy policies and are contractually bound to protect your data.

5. Data Security

We use industry-standard security measures including encrypted connections (TLS/SSL), secure authentication through Firebase, and access controls to protect your data. However, no method of electronic storage is 100% secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.

6. Data Retention

We retain your account and facility data for as long as your subscription is active. If you cancel your subscription, we will delete your facility data within 30 days of cancellation. You may request immediate deletion by contacting us.

7. Your Rights

You have the right to:

• Access the personal data we hold about you
• Request correction of inaccurate data
• Request deletion of your account and associated data
• Export your facility configuration data
